Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@amouristudio.com so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because our dog beds are handmade, some items may be excluded from return.

We do not accept returns for:

  • custom-made or personalised products

  • items made to your specific requirements or measurements

  • sale items

  • gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

 

 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or colour, the quickest solution is to request a return for the original item, and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.

 

 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

This right applies in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

 

 

Orders Outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns may be accepted at our discretion unless local mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, and related fees, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

 

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
